For weeing straight outside the crate move the crate nearer a door and open the door for her to go straight out or open the crate and call straight to the door with a treat etc. She will smell the treat so that will keep her mind off weeing. My puppy won’t stop weeing in his crate but I know in the long run he will stop doing it. X
