has anyone heard of arousal spikes in dogs? i have a 8.5 month old puppy who is jumping and biting again. i had a trainer to the house and she said its arousal spikes and should get better with age. she said its attention seeking behavior. we are training more at home and getting him more excersise. also giving him more mind stimulation games. i was just wondernig if anyone has dealt with it.
